Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
As a small, independently run studio, processing times may occasionally vary during busy periods, studio appointments, or short breaks. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified by email.
Made-to-order or custom items, such as dreadlock extensions created specifically for you, require additional production time. The estimated production time will always be communicated before shipment.
Shipping within Belgium
Orders within Belgium are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Shipping within Europe
European orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Returns & Refund Policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your decision to return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
Conditions for Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can assist you with the process.
